The Implicit Contribution of Principal’s Self-Awareness Towards Teacher Self-Efficacy

The main focus of this study was to look at the influence authentic leadership principals and self-efficacy level teachers in Pendang district, Kedah. quantitative survey method using questionnaire adopted study. respondents consisted 254 randomly selected from 10 national secondary schools Penang benchmark used for is use Authentic Leadership Questionnaire (ALQ -Version 1) original instrument developed by Avolio, Gardner, Walumbwa (2007). Similarly, teacher Hoy Woolfolk's (1993) short form Teacher Efficacy Scale Moran, Hoy, (1998). findings show that there a significant relationship between dimensions Pendang, However, only one dimension influences teacher's self-efficacy, which self-awareness. Based on study, it hoped will contribute useful information help educators cultivating principals' style high levels produce symmetrical human capital.
